01Purpose
Thank you for your business. This is the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") of Web7 Technologies, LLC ("Web7 Technologies", "we" or "our"). It sets out what we expect of you, and your obligations, when you use our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service).
Web7 Technologies is in the business of facilitating communication between computer networks. Our goal is to give our users complete access to everything the Internet has to offer and to help them build their businesses. This AUP supports that goal by governing how the Services are used.
Because the Internet, our business and the ways our equipment, technology or network can be abused keep evolving, abusive activities not listed in this AUP may still be prohibited. For the same reason, we may update this AUP from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
02How this policy applies
This AUP and our other Policies are part of your contract with us. They govern your use of our network and resources and our provision of the Services. If you're a customer, you agreed to follow our Policies when you accepted our Terms of Service. If you're not our direct customer, you agree to this AUP by using Services provided by or through us.
You're also bound by the policies of third parties that provide services to you through Web7 Technologies. We strongly encourage you to review those policies, and we'll give you information about them on request.
03Your responsibilities
You're responsible for all content transmitted or accessed using our network through your account. Transmitting, storing or presenting any information, data or material that violates any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. You may not use our network to facilitate the violation of any law, regulation or this AUP.
Intellectual property rights must be respected. You must comply with U.S. laws governing copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property. See our DMCA Policy for how to notify us of potential copyright infringement.

If you believe another customer is using our network in violation of these Policies, please let us know (see section 12).
05Email and spam
Unsolicited commercial email, or spam, is prohibited.
Our network isn't designed for mailing lists with more than five hundred (500) recipients, and you may not send an email to more than 500 recipients. If you need to email more than 500 recipients, contact our support team for a list of other providers that can help.
Even if you send email to fewer than 500 recipients, we'll consider it unsolicited, or spam, if it results in a number of complaints to us, disrupts our network, or subjects us to unfavorable action by other Internet providers.
Please review the CAN-SPAM Act and make sure any commercial email you send complies with it. Email that is CAN-SPAM compliant may still be prohibited by this AUP.
If you believe one of our customers is sending spam, email [email protected] with the full message headers and your contact information.
06Child sexual abuse material
Web7 Technologies has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (child pornography), content perceived to be child sexual abuse material, and child-exploitative content. Any website found to host or link to such content will be suspended immediately, without notice or warning.
We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as required by law.
07Defamation
Websites hosted on Web7 Technologies servers are governed by U.S. law. Under Section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, our policy is not to remove allegedly defamatory material from websites hosted on our servers unless a U.S. federal or state court has found the material to be defamatory, as shown by a court order.
As a hosting provider, we aren't the publisher of User content, and we aren't in a position to investigate the truth of individual defamation claims. We rely on the legal system to decide whether material is defamatory. If a U.S. federal or state court finds material to be defamatory, libelous or slanderous, or places an injunction on specified content, we'll fully comply and remove or disable access to that material as the court order requires.
08Network stability
Our network is designed to meet the anticipated needs of our customers, users and our own operations. If we determine that your use of the Services breaches our Policies or impairs the stability of our equipment, technology or network, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend your use of the network, throttle the bandwidth available to you, or terminate our agreement with you.
09Monitoring of communications
We have a duty to comply with U.S. law, and in certain cases that means your use of the Services will be monitored. You agree that we aren't considered a secure communications medium for the purposes of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
From time to time we may monitor use of the network for statistical purposes and to improve the network. Any such monitoring is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
10IP addresses and software
IP addresses
You may only use the IP addresses we assign to you with the Services. If we determine you're using other IP addresses, we may suspend your use of the Services. IP addresses are owned by us and assigned to you while you're a customer. We may change them if necessary. They can't be assigned or transferred, and they'll be recycled if you stop using the Services.
Software
We may provide software for you to use while you're a customer. This software is generally sublicensed to you, and may not be further sublicensed or used for any purpose other than those expressly permitted in our Terms of Service, our other Policies and the software's documentation. You'll be given, or given access to, a software license, which may further restrict your use of the software.
11Enforcement and notification
If you violate any of our Policies, our compliance team will take commercially reasonable steps to notify you by email with relevant details about the alleged violation. Depending on the violation, we may also suspend or throttle your Services, remove or disable access to content, or terminate your Services, as described in this AUP and our Terms of Service.
When we respond to alleged violations, we also take into account our obligations under applicable federal, state and local laws and court orders.
12Reporting abuse and contacting us
We encourage you to contact us if you believe someone has violated this AUP. To make sure important matters are handled, we've designated specific channels for this.
Anyone who contacts us about this AUP, our customers' behavior or anything else must give us accurate information so we can contact them and respond. We don't respond to anonymous correspondence, and we'll refer people who deliberately mislead us about their identity, or the basis of their complaint, to the appropriate law enforcement officials. Nothing you send us is confidential, even if you say it is.
