Is the migration really free?

Yes. When you sign up for a Web7 plan, our team migrates your WordPress sites and email at no charge.

How does the contract credit work?

Tell us when your current hosting contract ends. We add the remaining time to the end of your Web7 term, before your first renewal. You still pay your Web7 plan's normal price up front.

Will my site go down during the move?

We copy your site while it keeps running at your current host. Visitors move over when your domain is pointed at Web7, and we'll help you pick a good time. DNS changes can take a few hours to reach everyone.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on how many sites you have and how big they are. We'll give you a timeline after we review your request.

Should I cancel my old hosting first?

No. Keep your old account until your sites are live on Web7 and you've checked that everything works. Then cancel it.

Can I test Web7 before I switch?
