FAQ

Demo questions.

Prefer to talk first? Contact our team.

Is the demo environment really free?

Yes. There's no charge for a demo environment. It's simply our way of letting you verify our performance before you commit.

Why a demo instead of a money-back guarantee?

We're a small, independent company, and we don't have a formal refund policy in place yet. It's on our roadmap. A demo lets you see the results before you spend anything, which we think is even better.

Is the demo on the same hardware as paid plans?

Yes. Demo environments run on our production infrastructure in our SOC 2 certified data center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

What happens when the demo ends?

The environment is removed. If you decide to sign up, our team will migrate your sites to your new VPS for free.
